Quest ventures to Europe to attend the PCIM exhibition in Nuremberg Germany
Quest will be exhibiting its range of products and services at this year's PCIM exhibition in Nuremberg Germany on the 11th -13th June 2024. The show is the international premier exhibition and conference for power electronics, intelligent motion, renewable energy and energy management.
We will be promoting our three key areas of business:
Homogeneous Silicon Carbide Schottky Diode Wafer Production
This technology gives Quest a tremendous advantage over the competition in manufacturing our SiC devices without the need for ion implantation and this gives a large reduction in the need for electricity.
The other awesome benefit of this technology gives us a superior surge current against all our competitors in the market. See graph attached.
Hermetic Packaged Devices
We will be displaying a range of hermetic sealed packaging to complement our range of HV Si and SiC devices. We are looking forward to discussing with new customers at the expo for these products which are perfect for defence, aerospace, industry etc.
New TCIGBT Technology
We offer a range of IGBT’S and we also now offer a more superior product with no avalanche effect and with extremely fast switching speed.
Ultra low QS-SAT 1200V Trench Field Stop Clustered IGBT technology. The device is aimed as a more efficient chip for chip replacement of IGBTs. The device features very low on-state voltage drop and is intended for motor drives and inverters. We will be looking for distributors and OEM’s to start trialling this revolutionary device.
